who is webxtra?

Ben Roberts began trading as a freelance web designer in 1998 and founded webxtra soon after. webxtra's clients range from ladies swim wear shops in London to BP training centers in Azerbaijan. However, Ben's upbringing determined that our client base is predominantly equestrian and country sports based. Being the son of Yorkshire based showjumper and horse dealer, John Roberts, Ben developed a deep rooted understanding of the equestrian market from an early age. It was a natural progression to combine Ben's professional skills with an affinity to equestrianism. As testament to this Ben founded Horse Select which was the first horse selling website to offer videos of horses in action; a pioneering site in its day which he ultimately sold.
